Below you will find a link to a map of trail running routes (or tracks). Most of these I have either personally run and mapped or are ones that I have planned to run. Most are in the Western Cape, South Africa. Plenty around Silvermine, a few on Table Mountain and then some racecourses. Zoom out to see more routes; however, over a route for the full name.
